Host-Hunting on a Budget Updated

I recently came back from BrrCon and gave my first “official” talk where I submit a CFP, get peer reviewed and accepted. It was an awesome experience, I couldn’t ask for a better conference to begin my journey. With that said, I didn’t give enough sacrifice to the demo gods as I had “technical” difficulties.
